The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination of office activities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and prepare all correspondence (emails, letters, reports, etc.). 
  • Maintain and organize office records and documents.  
  • Ensure proper coordination of office activities and workflow.  
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.  
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.  
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.  
  • Utilize computer office applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) efficiently.  


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Minimum academic qualification of OND 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to handle correspondence professionally.  
  • Prior experience in office administration is an advantage.


Remuneration: NGN 90,000
