Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the management team and other staff members.
  • Coordinate and maintain office supplies, ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain internal communication and provide support to staff as needed.
  • Handle office-related issues and ensure a positive, professional office atmosphere.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
  • MS Excel is a must (proficiency in Excel is required for managing data, scheduling, and reporting).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be located around the Ikota/Ajah Axis in Lagos for easy commute.
  • A minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or OND in a relevant field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
