Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Front Desk Management:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor check-ins and issue badges as required, adhering to company policies.


Administrative Support:

  • Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, and maintain well-organized office calendars.
  • Handle incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely sorting and distribution.
  • Coordinate outgoing correspondence, including preparing packages and arranging courier services.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist various departments when needed.


Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s fintech and construction services or direct inquiries to the appropriate teams.


Office Coordination:

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintaining an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Assist with general office tasks to support overall operations.


Compliance and Security:

  • Enforce security procedures by verifying visitor credentials and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
  • Safeguard confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably within fintech, construction, or a similar dual-industry environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with visitor management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
