Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and office records (both physical and electronic)
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Managing the schedules of executives or team members, including setting appointments and arranging meetings.
- Coordinating of meetings and taking of minutes, ensuring follow-ups on actions decided during the meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring office facilities are functioning properly (maintenance, cleanliness, etc.).Supporting the overall efficiency of the office by proactively addressing administrative issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, etc.).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
