Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an Office Secretary. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in helping the office run smoothly and providing support to managers, senior-level executives, and departments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Type reports and create receipts for clients
- Monitor incoming mail
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
- Providing personalized support for other employees
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- Organizing files
- Final printing and arrangement of documents for binding
- Facilitating communications within an office
- Any other assignment as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year working experience as an office secretary or similar role
- Minimum of OND qualification
