Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Outreach: Contact prospective customers through direct phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote and sell the company’s products. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed product information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions to drive conversions.
- User Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are successfully set up on the product. Provide step-by-step instructions and support to help users navigate the platform and maximize its value. Monitor and follow up with onboarded users to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets as set by the company. Track and report sales activities, including leads, conversions, and feedback, using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers during sales and onboarding interactions to help improve products and services. Communicate customer insights to the team for continuous improvement of sales strategies and user experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade customers through direct interactions.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management tools and email communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in online sales or product onboarding is a plus.
