Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products through various online platforms;
- Handle customer inquiries, solve customer questions, and facilitate transactions;
- Maintain and follow up with potential customers to improve sales conversion rate;
- Responsible for order management to ensure a smooth customer purchase process;
- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing online promotional activities;
- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
