Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Content Planning and Creation: Responsible for developing social media content strategy and creating engaging posts, videos, and graphic content.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media platforms, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Data Analysis: Regularly monitor social media performance and optimize content and strategy by analyzing data.
- User Interaction: Actively interact with users, and respond to comments and private messages to increase user engagement.
- Marketing Activities: Plan and execute social media promotions to increase brand exposure and user conversion rate.
- Trend Insight: Focus on industry trends and competitors, and adjust operation strategies promptly.
Requirements:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, media, advertising, and other related majors.
- Work experience: At least 2 years of social media operation experience, with successful cases preferred.
- Excellent writing skills: Able to create high-quality content and have certain copywriting skills.
- Data analysis skills: Familiar with social media analysis tools, able to interpret data, and make adjustments accordingly.
- Teamwork spirit: Able to work closely with other departments to achieve overall marketing goals.
