Job Summary
We are seeking to employ a remote operations manager to join our team. This responsibility includes communicating with clients and cleaners to ensure top service is being delivered. It also requires the candidate to be able to pay attention to details and check that our cleaners are delivering to their highest potential and the client’s expectations. This is a position requiring the candidate to be available from 9 to 5 daily, including weekends and occasionally any other time if needed. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention for detail and organisation skills

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling all cleaning and delivery jobs, and constantly checking to see if new jobs were ordered and scheduling them in.
- Assigning cleaners for each upcoming job, and confirming with the cleaner the time each apartment needs to be cleaned for.
- Ensuring the punctual arrival of the cleaners and drivers to the properties and monitoring their progress on the job.
- Checking thoroughly the pictures sent from the cleaners once a job is finished, making sure the apartment is cleaned to standard, and picking out the details the cleaner missed.
- Making sure the cleaner has all the supplies she would need for a job.
- Recording the supplies each property will need restocking for the next clean.
Requirements:
- Be able to communicate in clear and vibrant English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure efficiently, and to prioritise what needs addressing at that moment.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Excellent communication skills; being able to communicate with cleaners, drivers, and clients effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle clients’ issues and complaints professionally and be able to solve their concerns effectively.
- Previous experience in remote work or virtual team collaboration is advantageous.
- Prodigious attention to detail and to be able to pick out unsatisfactory details that the cleaners may have missed in a clean.
- Have good computer skills.
- Be available out of work hours for emergencies.
