Job Summary
Pickload Logistics is seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to manage and optimize our logistics operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating transportation, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely order fulfillment to keep our customers satisfied. The Operations Officer will work closely with delivery agents, and other departments to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain high service standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling and instant
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Oversee delivery accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain records and generate operational reports for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant course of study
- Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software is a plus.
