Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate logistics operations across transportation, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve logistics challenges, including shipment tracking and delivery discrepancies, to maintain service quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive logistics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, focusing on transportation, inventory control, and warehouse management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required), Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years in a logistics or similar role with a proven record of meeting performance targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
