Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics operations across transportation, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and resolve logistics issues, including tracking shipments and addressing delivery discrepancies, to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain logistics reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities for logistics optimization, focusing on transportation, inventory, and warehouse management efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or related role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving performance targets.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
