Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Work closely with management to implement strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, food delivery apps, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
