Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations within the department or assigned area.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain reports on operational metrics and submit to management as required.

- Manage schedules, allocate resources, and handle any personnel or workflow issues.
- Address and resolve customer or internal complaints in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, tools, or systems to optimize operations.
Requirements:
