•Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline. MBA or MSc is a plus.
•A minimum of 7 years of work experience in Human Resources, out of which 3 years as a Human Resources Manager in a large company.
•Experience of working in Nigeria is a big plus.
•Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
•Strong personality with excellent leadership skills.
•Proactive, dynamic and solution finder.
•Ability to work under pressure and overtime if needed.
•Fluent in Arabic and English.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Direct and manage all activities of the HR Team, ensuring that staff qualifies and competent, properly coached, given the opportunity to develop in the organization, and continually motivated to handle the demands of their jobs and strive to achieve their objectives.
•Support the management in the definition and implementation of the organizational plan which identifies the HR needs necessary to support the business in the medium to long term range.
•Ensure that the company remains structurally flexible and competitive in its policies and practice and capable of adapting to changes in the industry trends and conditions.
•Provide operational support and expertise on all personnel and HR management matters within the company, by ensuring total compliance with local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practice in order to support the business.
•Set up appropriate management control tools to monitor performance and identify areas of continual improvement and propose corrective actions where necessary to enhance high performance culture.
