We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations and Digital Marketing Intern to work closely with the CEO and support the management of our diverse business portfolio. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist in coordinating and managing various projects and initiatives across the businesses, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Create and oversee Facebook advertising campaigns, engage followers on social media platforms, and monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes, with a focus on digital marketing performance metrics.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including digital marketing reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in both operations and digital marketing, and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Other Functions: Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the CEO to support the overall success of the business portfolio.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates currently undertaking the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and social media management tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
