We are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator, who will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Operations by overseeing the day-to-day tasks that keep our company running efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing resources, and using project management software like ClickUp to ensure that operations are aligned.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Operations in managing daily activities, projects, and workflows.
- Ensure cross-departmental coordination to facilitate smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the team remains on track.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Support the Head of Operations in implementing process improvements and optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure efficient and timely execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Zoho Projects).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and assist in strategic planning.
- Experience in LegalTech or management consulting is a plus.
