Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of Rare Magic Studios, ensuring all workflows, resources, and schedules run efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and maintain quality standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency across all operational activities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining seamless service delivery for clients.
- Plan, organize, and execute client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with the photography team, sales, and customer service departments to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Lead and mentor staff across operations, photography, and support teams to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet client demands and business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement among team members.
- Analyze current workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline operations and project management processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority projects, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Address client concerns professionally and implement solutions that uphold Rare Magic Studios’ brand reputation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operations, project status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational and project goals.
- Strong skills in planning, coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in streamlining processes, managing budgets, and driving performance improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain client satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to align operational goals with the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
