Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the entire operations process, from client consultation to garment delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality control.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including pattern makers, cutters, seamstresses and quality control staff, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Supply Chain Management: Source and manage relationships with suppliers of fabrics, notions, and other materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and optimize storage and logistics.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve operational processes, implementing efficient systems and technologies to drive productivity and growth.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Quality Control: manage quality control staff to ensure that all garments meet our high-quality standards, conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular operational reports and analytics to the CEO/Founder, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong operational management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of fashion production processes and quality control standards.
