Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage operational plans, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
• Analyze and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure quality standards are met, implementing quality control processes and procedures as needed.
• Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• ertified Operations Professional (COP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certifications are desirable.
