Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the gym to ensure efficiency and member satisfaction
  • Supervise and support front desk, maintenance, and fitness staff
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies
  • Handle member feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance teams for cross-functional goals
  • Track operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • BSc, Degree in a relevant course of study
