Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the gym to ensure efficiency and member satisfaction
- Supervise and support front desk, maintenance, and fitness staff
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance teams for cross-functional goals
- Track operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- BSc, Degree in a relevant course of study
