Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Daniel Young Uniforms. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production and delivery processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and maximizing productivity and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet order deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Implement effective inventory control systems to track stock movement and minimize stockouts.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
