Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality. While a technical or engineering background is preferred, we’re open to experienced operations professionals with proven record in managing technical teams and projects

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company’s objectives, supporting efficiency and growth.
  • Manage project workflows, resource allocation, and quality control to meet operational targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, boosting productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Proactively address operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Track KPIs and other metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support initiatives that enhance our competitive edge and contribute to improvement of operational excellence.




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in operations management, preferably within engineering, technical, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Skilled in using data to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management.
