Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operations with the hotel’s objectives and standards.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost control.
  • Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the hotel and the head office for operational matters.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems and operational processes.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and improve profitability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
