- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff across various departments.
- Resolve operational issues and implement strategies to enhance client retention.
- Manage budgets, equipment, and other resources effectively.
- Assess client creditworthiness by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and repayment histories.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and adjust practices as necessary.
- Communicate loan terms and conditions effectively to clients.
- Develop risk models to predict potential financial challenges.
- Monitor ongoing risks and propose corrective measures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit and risk analyses.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis.
- Solar products development.
- 2+ years experience in operations management and credit risk within financial services (preferably in a banking institution).
