Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures
- Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and negotiate with vendors
- Prepare reports on project status, financial performance, and operational metrics
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design operations or project management
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and current trends
- Knowledge of architectural principles (added advantage)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
- Proficiency in design software and project management tools
- Outstanding communication and client service skills
