Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production team during all phases of production
- Ensure that all production activities align with established company standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain productivity and quality
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operations
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely output
Requirements:
- 1-3 years proven experience in a similar operations or production supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Gaa Odota Area, Ilorin
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly
