This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Puzzles Cleaning. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cleaning operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and maximizing productivity and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet client needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor cleaning progress and identify potential service issues.
- Implement effective inventory control systems for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all cleaning services.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all cleaning staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role .
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and techniques for various environments (residential, commercial, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
