Bioharb Global Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Manager to lead and oversee our business operations across multiple African countries. The Operational Manager will ensure efficient and effective business processes, driving growth, compliance, and customer satisfaction across Ghana, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and Congo. This role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multi-country operations to support Bioharb’s goals in the herbal products market.

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement operational strategies tailored to each market, aligning with Bioharb’s objectives and growth targets.
• Set goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for teams in each country, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.

1. Regional Operations Oversight

• Monitor and manage daily operations across the assigned regions, ensuring processes are streamlined and goals are met efficiently.
• Oversee logistics, inventory, and distribution channels to ensure a smooth supply chain and timely product delivery in each market.

1. Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with in-country teams to enhance productivity, teamwork, and adherence to Bioharb’s standards.
• Provide training, set performance goals, and implement best practices to empower teams in meeting business objectives.

1. Market Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in each country, maintaining Bioharb’s reputation and legal standing.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with regional operations, including logistical, financial, and regulatory risks.

1. Financial Oversight

• Develop and manage budgets for each country’s operations, keeping costs under control and maximizing resource efficiency.
• Track and report on financial performance, adjusting strategies to improve profitability and operational cost-effectiveness.

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Collect and analyze operational data to generate insights on market performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management, recommending improvements where needed.

1. Business Development and Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, distributors, and stakeholders across the regions.
• Identify and leverage business opportunities in each market to expand Bioharb’s reach and customer base.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the FMCG or health & wellness industries, with multi-country experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Leadership Skills: Strong people management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple countries.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving to inform decision-making.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage with teams, stakeholders, and partners across diverse regions.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, local regulations, and business needs in different countries.
