Job Summary

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our mobile app. This role involves product management, market research, vendor relations, and user onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile app lifecycles, third-party vendors, and go-to-market strategies.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the mobile app from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, competitor products, and market trends, using insights to inform product decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and other teams to bring the product to market, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including background checks and training companies, ensuring timely onboarding and compliance with all requirements.
  • App Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the app's go-to-market strategy, including app store optimization (ASO), launch campaigns, and user acquisition tactics.
  • Caregiver Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for caregivers using the app, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Post-Launch Optimization: Collect user feedback, monitor app performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement of the product.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, feature requirements, and launch timelines.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within mobile app development
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
  • Strong understanding of the iOS app development process and App Store submission guidelines.
  • Experience with market research, user testing, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work with third-party vendors and manage external relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and training tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
