Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee and manage the fleet of trucks to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of bulk sugar to customers.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Provide live updates on the status of supplies and deliveries to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Daily Operations Management: Handle the day-to-day operational activities of the company, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem resolution.
- Vendor & Driver Management: Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and transport partners to ensure adherence to company standards and timelines.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records of deliveries, and manage necessary operational documentation.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
