Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to optimize supply chain performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Handle shipping documentation, including invoices, customs declarations, and bills of lading.
• Resolve transportation and delivery issues efficiently.
• Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, sales, and warehouse teams) to streamline operations.
• Have 2 years of working experience in operations
• Can use the Microsoft Office including (Excel-word-PP)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
