Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat, and in-person).
- Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Record Maintenance:
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer service database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Ability to understand account opening requirements and regulations
