JOB SUMMARY
The Site Operations & Inspector Officer is responsible for showcasing properties to potential buyers, providing detailed information about site conditions and features, and assisting with the sales process. This role involves guiding clients through site visits, ensuring properties meet client expectations, and facilitating the final stages of the sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Tours: Conduct site visits with clients, showcasing properties including buildings, houses, and commercial spaces. Provide detailed information about the property's features, condition, and potential.
Client Engagement: Address client inquiries and concerns during site visits, offering insights and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Support: Assist in closing sales by providing necessary documentation, facilitating negotiations, and coordinating with other departments to finalize transactions.
Inspection and Evaluation: Assess the condition of properties and identify any issues or necessary repairs. Provide clients with a clear understanding of the property's current state and potential.
Documentation: Prepare and present detailed property reports, including condition assessments and any findings from site visits.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the property viewing and buying process.
Coordination: Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and property managers to schedule visits, prepare properties for viewing, and facilitate smooth transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting property information effectively.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately assess property conditions and present comprehensive information.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel to multiple property sites and conduct site inspections. Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment as needed during property tours.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The role involves frequent travel to various property locations. Standard working hours with the potential for extended hours or weekends depending on client needs and property availability.
