Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily business activities and processes.
- Customer Communication: Manage interactions with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain strong client relationships.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient logistics operations
- Document Management: Maintain and organize essential business documents, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that products or services meet established standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, international trade, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field
- Familiarity with international logistics processes, customs procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Understanding of operations and management in sea, air, and land transportation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in logistics management software and office software (such as Excel, and Word).
- English Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English to handle communications and documents with international clients.
