Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Practice Manager at Ibi Ayo. The Operations Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, managing administrative tasks, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and practice management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
