Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operational projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, HR, and IT.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
- Proven experience in project management and operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or Jira).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
