Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Educating guests about the Dip & Sip menu and recommending the perfect drinks and pops.
- Dispensing drinks and handing out popsicles with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Acting as a brand ambassador by embodying the fun, vibrant Dip & Sip energy.
- Supporting the team in creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Fulfilling delivery orders promptly and accurately.
- Assisting with event coordination and on-site management tasks.
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Open and close the restaurant on time.
Requirements:
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years experience working in the restaurant/Hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bookkeeping knowledge.
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints.
Remuneration: NGN 95,000
