Responsibilities:
- Carry out and supervise the day-to-day operations of a high-end fine dining restaurant at both the front and back ends of the business.
- Utilize your wealth of experience and contact to impact the profitability of the restaurant in terms of turnover and improved bottom line.
Requirements:
- Exhibit great marketing skills
- Ability to thrive on a commission basis
- Meet a sales target of 2,000,000 Naira monthly
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 Net
