Job Summary
D'Scentsation, a leading fragrance and lifestyle brand, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Coordinator to oversee the coordination and fulfilment of orders across all sales channels. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that orders are accurately processed, efficiently managed, and promptly delivered to customer

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the fulfilment process for orders from all sales channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment partners (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.) to organize shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and fulfilment partners, fostering collaboration for smooth operations.
- Regularly visit supply partners to monitor order quality and establish better fulfilment processe
- Track inventory levels, managing stock in line with demand forecasts and sales trends.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of products, orders, and purchases, ensuring the availability of essential products.
- Analyze purchasing needs and trends, creating cost-efficient strategies to manage budgets and optimize procurement.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings within the supply chain and implement best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product launches, and customer preferences to align purchasing strategies with the market.
- Propose new product offerings based on market insights and customer demand.
- Attend regular team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming stock and outgoing orders to maintain high standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, order fulfillment rates, and partner performance for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment processes, preferably with experience in working with partners such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
- Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site at the D'Scentsation office in Maryland, and Lagos, and travel regularly to meet with supply partners.
- Must be a team player who can work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
