Are you passionate about advanced network support and system administration in the OSS/ENM domain? We're looking for a highly skilled engineer to deliver expert-level support, drive automation, ensure optimal network performance, and provide seamless integration and customization aligned with customer requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide technical assistance to 2nd Line/Back Office teams on all aspects of RAN and OSS/ENM platforms.
• Lead end-to-end troubleshooting in OSS/ENM, covering Fault Management, User Administration, Software/Hardware support, and System Tools.
• Oversee full system administration of OSS/ENM, performance management tools, and monitoring platforms.
• Ensure synchronization of network nodes for configuration, alarms, KPIs, and backups.
• Develop and manage automation scripts, FM rules, filters, and scheduled reports based on customer needs.
• Execute integration/disintegration of radio network elements using approved scripting procedures.
• Maintain network security and user access controls.
• Support the availability and optimization of NOC applications and monitoring templates.
• Collaborate with network rollout and engineering teams to ensure technical readiness and reduce deployment risks.
• Conduct regular audits, maintain comprehensive documentation, and support proactive network performance strategies.
• Escalate and coordinate unresolved issues with external support teams and ensure timely resolution.
What You Bring:
Technical Skills:
• In-depth experience with OSS/ENM platforms, system administration, and network performance tools.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and Python.
• Strong understanding of GSM, WCDMA, and LTE technologies.
• Knowledge of databases such as Sybase, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j.
• Familiarity with system tools and applications like CLI, PM tools, performance analytics, fault visualization, and business reporting.
• Skilled in KPI analysis, network statistics, and manual performance checks.
Soft Skills:
• Analytical problem-solver with a structured approach to complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:
