Job Description/Requirements

Role Summary: Responsible for the initiation, growth and management of new and existing business operations in your region. Ultimately the championing of Scrapays operations in your territory. This will involve generating leads, driving adoption and retention, complaint response and resolution.



Responsibilities

Keep busy as a Partner acquisition Executive by;

  1. Generating leads and driving adoption and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with agents, logistics partners etc
  2. Sourcing for and onboarding prospective and new partners: Agents, Processors, and logistics partners.
  3. Setting up and Facilitating physical training for prospective agents.
  4. Equipping agents with necessary assets.
  5. Representing Scrapays in a designated territory, as needed, to other parties. (add clarity and specifics).
  6. Being available to respond to and resolve complaints from partners that require physical intervention.
  7. Being present at material offloads at the Processing partner’s location, to verify Agent Offtake breakdown. (under review - warehouse attendant)
  8. Ensuring proper storage and keeping a record of materials awaiting Scrapays pickup. (under review - warehouse attendant)
  9. Overseeing quality delivery of all processed materials and composite breakdown. (under review - warehouse attendant)



Qualifications

Personality for success

- Good communication skills: A good command of English language alongside any other native language is required

- Tech Savvy: As a Scrapays champion, you should be able to successfully navigate mobile applications, web apps and teach others to do so.

- Good people management skills: You should be able to build a good  rapport with people and manage issues if any respectfully 

- Flexible and proactive: As a champion we expect you to take initiative and be proactive

Sales and Marketing skills are an advantage.
