Position Overview:
We are seeking a Partner MD/COO & Co-Founder with strong expertise in the entertainment industry. This is a unique opportunity to join as a core team member and equity partner, guiding our strategic direction and overseeing daily operations. You will play a key role in project management, financial planning, investor outreach, and the development of innovative entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in alignment with the company's mission and growth objectives.
Entertainment Project Development & Management: Oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of entertainment projects across media, talent, and brand partnerships.
Remote Team Operations: Manage a remote, diverse team to achieve project milestones efficiently, fostering a cohesive work culture.
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead financial planning, budget forecasting, and allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Investor Outreach & Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential investors, pitch projects, and work towards securing funding to support expansion goals.
Brand Partnerships & Strategic Alliances: Work with the CEO to establish and nurture partnerships that expand the brand's influence and market reach.
Operational Oversight: Optimize and streamline internal operations, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators to measure project and team success, providing clear reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in Entertainment Business: Proven track record in the entertainment industry, with experience in project development, production, and management.
Remote Team Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a remote team, creating a collaborative and productive environment.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting skills, with experience securing investor funds.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategic growth plans, particularly in scaling operations within the entertainment sector.
Investor Relations: Experience in investor outreach, building relationships, and presenting compelling proposals for investment.
Project Management Skills: Expertise in entertainment project lifecycle management, from concept to completion, meeting high-quality standards and deadlines.
Effective Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders.
