Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnership and Sales Executive at The ICHAD Project in Lagos. The Executive will be responsible for developing partnerships, sales strategies, and revenue growth opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging with potential partners, negotiating agreements, and driving sales efforts to support the organization's mission and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in partnership development, sales, and revenue generation
- Knowledge of youth empowerment programs and substance abuse prevention
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or community development is a plus
