Description
We are looking for a talented Parts Specialist to join our team specializing in Service for our Sales and Admin - Aftermarket in Ikeja, Nigeria.

Enhancing Product Support: By providing parts support for both current and new products, you ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Building Strong Relationships: Your efforts in building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders will foster trust and loyalty.
Assisting with Complex Parts Identification: Helping stakeholders with complex parts identification will streamline processes and reduce downtime.
Ensuring Timely Parts Availability: Ensuring worldwide parts support is available at first shipment for new product launches will enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Facilitating Solutions for Parts Issues: Supporting the investigation and resolution of parts-related issues will improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Developing Product Expertise: Your growing expertise will enable you to support all distribution channels effectively and respond to service parts requirements promptly.
Supporting QuickServe Readiness: Providing service parts support for QuickServe process readiness will ensure rapid and efficient service delivery.
Promoting Ethical Practices: Following policies and procedures to ensure ethical competition and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards will uphold the company’s integrity and reputation.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong Follow-Through Skills: Ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently.
Technical Engagement: knowledge of Webparts, QSOL and other relevant tools for accurate parts interpretation while also collaborating with the technical team for guidance where needed.
SAP Sales Process Knowledge: Manage parts support effectively within the sales framework, generate Sales Quote, Order and Invoices successfully upon transaction request.
Customer-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and generate relevant reports and manage process documents for audit purposes.
Qualifications
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a related field.
Customer relationship experience.
