Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and undertake general receptionist duties when required
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
- Organise and distribute messages to the appropriate team members
- Preparing and editing documents, such as letters, memos, reports, invoices, and presentations
Requirements:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suites
- At least 1 year of working experience
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
