Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Develop new and innovative recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and seasonal menus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production.
- Creativity and a passion for pastry arts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
