Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create precise patterns for regular and plus-size clothing using standard-size charts and custom measurements.
- Grade patterns up and down to the required sizes.
- Design and style workwear and Aso Ebi outfits.
- Develop basic sketches to support design concepts.
- Accurately interpret style references to produce well-fitted garments.
- Ensure patterns are optimized for efficiency and production.
- Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in pattern development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pattern making, grading, and styling.
