Job Description/Requirements
- Design, implement, and manage a variety of training programs focused on skill development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to assess training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they meet client needs and enhance employee performance.
- Stay up to date with trends in employee development and integrate best practices into training initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire the best talent for various roles within the organization and for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and universities.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development within the organization and for clients.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure continuous growth opportunities for employees, including mentorship, coaching, and career development.
- Assist in the development of performance management systems and tools to ensure employee success and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their development needs.
- Customize and deliver training and recruitment solutions that align with client goals.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure successful outcomes in people development initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of training programs, recruitment metrics, and other people development activities.
- Analyze and assess employee development needs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 4+ years of working experience as an HR Manager, People Development Manager, or related HR Executive role.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, performance management systems, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
