- You will continuously review and update company policies.
- You will lead and run smooth HR systems and processes across all of the companyâs HR matters including contracting, onboarding, reference checks, performance management, conflict resolution, and policies.
Recruitment Support And Onboarding
- You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
- You will maintain relationships with recruitment firms to ensure a strong pipeline for new roles and build a pipeline of talent for key company roles.
- You will filter candidates based on cultural fit through screening interviews to fiercely safeguard company culture.
- You will implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success and integrated into the company culture.
Employee Engagement And Retention
- You will develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- You will conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- You will provide support and guidance to managers on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
- You will oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.
- You will ensure that performance management practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with company objectives.
Learning And Development
- You will support in the design and implementation of learning and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- You will identify training needs and opportunities for skills development based on individual and organizational goals.

To be considered for this role...
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
